Day 3!

The week is off to a rainy, but good start!  Today we kicked off the previews for our first literature pieces of the year in all classes.  Below, you can find a reminder of tonight's homework assignments.  Don't forget to take the poll on the right, too!

Period C: English 1 Honors

- Summer Reading and Quote presentations tomorrow (Wednesday)

- Bring in signed Course Expectations sheet.

- Read Chapters 1-2 in A Separate Peace by Tuesday, September 14th.

- Summer Reading In-Class Essay Wednesday, September 15th.

Period D: English 1 CP2

- Paragraph on the importance of newspapers in our society today

 

Period E and Period G: English 1 CP1

- 10 line diary entry from the point of view of a "Rail Rider" or hobo
