I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We are now back for three solid weeks of work.
Honors and CP1 classes should be following their literature circle calendars... we will be meeting with our lit circles on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week, then on Tuesday and Thursday we will be in the library doing research for the group projects. We will be working on these over the next two weeks, with presentations the week before Christmas break.
CP2 classes will be finishing up A Separate Peace this week. We will be writing a culminating paper, having a graded Socratic discussion in class, and doing a project. These are all major assignments and will be due before the holiday break.
Last week, I handed out progress sheets for people who are missing assignments and/or not in the A/B range for the term. Please make up this missing work ASAP and please stay up on your current work because the term comes to an end soon after we return from Christmas break.
