Happy New Year!
We are welcoming the New Year in English with a couple weeks of poetry writing. Students were given #38 prompts to choose from to write poems of their own over the coming days. This work will be done both in class and for homework. Each class must write a specific number of rough draft poems, then choose a specific number of their favorites to finalize. You will find the due dates and required numbers below.
Period C:
- 8 Rough Drafts by 1/9
- 3 Final Drafts by 1/14
Period D:
- 7 Rough Drafts by 1/14
- 2 Final Drafts by 1/18
Period E/G:
- 10 Rough Drafts by 1/14
- 3 Final Drafts by 1/18
